Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The specific payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
2.3 Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to bookings must be made in writing and are subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). The Agency will inform the Client of any applicable fees or penalties.
3. Travel Documents
3.1 Passport and Visas
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, where applicable. The Agency is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
3.2 Health Requirements
Clients must comply with all health requirements for their destinations. The Agency is not responsible for providing health advice or ensuring that Clients meet health regulations.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all Clients. The Agency does not provide travel insurance but can offer information on third-party insurance providers.
5. Liability and Responsibilities
5.1 Limitation of Liability
The Agency acts as an intermediary between Clients and various service providers. The Agency is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from acts or omissions of these providers.
5.2 Force Majeure
The Agency is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
6. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and considerate of others. The Agency reserves the right to terminate services to any Client whose behavior is deemed unacceptable.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
The Agency is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of Clients. Information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
9. Amendments
The Agency reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
